Can I change or cancel my order?
If you want to change or cancel your order contact our customer service representatives at firstname.lastname@example.org. We want to accommodate all of customers needs but please keep in mind we cannot make any changes to your order once we have begun the fulfillment process.
What happens if an item in my order is unavailable?
If an item in your order is unavailable you will be contacted and given the option to wait for the item to be restocked or to receive a refund within 2 business days of placing the order.
How do I know if my order was received?
Once we have received you will receive a detailed confirmation email.
How long until my order ships?
We try processes as soon possible but keep in mind it may take up to 48 hours.
How do I know my order has shipped?
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

The item I want to purchase is out of stock?
If the item you are interested in is out of stock make sure to sign up for our newsletter to receive an update when the item is back in stock.
How long will my order take to arrive?
For an estimate of shipping times, please reference the times below:
Standard: 5-7 business days
3-Day: 3-4 business days
2-Day: 2-3 business days
Overnight: 1-2 business days
What does the regular delivery option cover?
If you select the "regular delivery without insurance" box before checking out, you agree that Ecuadane is not responsible to replace any lost or stolen goods.
What does the insurance option cover?
If you select the $3 "insurance option" box before checking out, you ensure that Ecuadane will give you a replacement of the product(s) you purchased if they are lost or stolen. We generally recommend getting insurance during major gift-giving holiday seasons.
What does the signature at delivery option cover?
If you select the $4 "signature at delivery" box before checking out, you agree to sign for the package in order for the delivery to be complete.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
Yes, we do provide international shipments. Please keep in mind that we do not cover duties, tax fees, or shipping costs.
How can I track my order?
You can track your package by locating your tracking number in the delivery confirmation email or by logging into your account. You can then go on www.USPS.com and place the tracking number in the track a shipment box. After receiving your delivery confirmation email please allow a few hours for the delivery service website to update.
My package has not arrived?
You can view the status of your package by retrieving your tracking number from your shipment confirmation email or by logging into your account.
Do you ship to a P.O Box?
Yes, we ship to a P.O Box, be aware that rush shipments and large parcel cannot be shipped to a P.O Box.
What is your return policy?
We accept all returns within 30. Keep in mind it may take up to 10 days for your return to be processed. You will be notified through email when the refund has been processed.
How can I make an exchange?
Sorry, we are unable to process exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange please return the original item and place a new order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB. You can also complete your purchase using Apple Pay, PayPal and Amazon payments. We currently do not accept Bill Me Later, C.O.D or checks.
Can I use multiple credit cards to complete my purchase?
Currently we only accept one form of payment.
